My blogging started last 2010 when a local bread shop opened here in Cagayan de Oro City. It was then under Google’s Blogspot and of different blog name. You can view the blog post here but the images are now gone because of transferring from one blog to another. Now, I have to add the task of finding the images on my to-do list for the next few days.
I have been blogging for 4 years (imagine that!) but then I sucked at it that I feel I’m always a newbie. Well, I’ve been on and off the blogging world (it’s not that obvious, is it?) because of personal matters. A lot have been happening, may it be good or bad. Whatever these are, I am still blessed. Help is always at hand.
For my last post this year, I decided to say my thanks for the people that gave help along the way, discuss ideas and shared laughs with me.
Before I say my thanks to the people who matters to me, let me give thanks and glory to our Lord for all He’s done for me, my kids and my family. Through the ups and downs, He never fails to lift me up. His unceasing love that contents my heart. He is forever faithful even if I waver. All glory belongs to you, Lord!
Mama Minda, truly mothers are the “ilaw ng tahanan“. Without you Ma, life is much difficult with my two daughters. Being a single mom is not that easy but your support makes every challenge easier to handle. Thank you very much Ma, for every support and comforting words that you gave (especially the financial side when I don’t have anything).
Papa Jack, a good provider to us siblings and now to his granddaughters. Thank you very much Pa for supporting us whenever we don’t have any. You make our everyday challenges easier to face.
Ate Avz and Kuya Mike, for supporting your youngest sister in her cray-cray journey through life. We’re away from each other but thanks to the so-called social media and we are updated with happenings and whatnots.
Ruby, even we each have different struggles in life, we still manage to help each other and have a great laugh. Thank you for being present on my ups and even the down ones. I never expected for our friendship to be like this. Looking forward for more coffee, food sessions and unending chit-chats!
Irene and Pau, my HS besties. Even if we’re miles apart, our friendship is always there. I had a blast last summer and I hope for another one this coming 2015. SarBayFest again? Tee hee.. Thank you Canarejo family for adopting me while staying in Gensan. To a new friend, Enji, thank you for the food sessions in my list and the laugh. Evan, so glad to see you again after many years of no communication (it’s God plan that I saw you at FitMart). Maymay & Ritchie, thank you guys for the bond. Am so glad to meet Ritchie. James, how can I forget you? The Piolo Pascual of our batch. I’m glad to see you too! You all make my Gensan stay worthwhile. To my HS batchmates that I didn’t get to see last summer, there will always be a next time. 🙂
CDOBloggers Inc., my blogging family. Mike, Ems, Vic, Venus, Irene, Grace M., Mommy CDOBies and the rest of the members. I couldn’t mention all the names but surely you are in my heart. There are more to blogging and it is definitely – the friendship. Thank you guys for making my 2014 awesome, as always! Cheers to more opportunities, perks and strong friendship!
Victory group leader and prayer warrior, Momsie Lenore, thank you for being there for me. God really destined our paths to cross with each other. I’m so blessed to have you in my life. Thank you for praying for me and my kids.
JhenCans, my HS classmate and barkada. We’ve only seen each other for a day but it was worthwhile. Thank you for the gifts you bought for my daughters. Where’s mine? LOL.
Ate Joy, hello there. Thank you for coming into the life of my brother and to our family. I know it’s not yet officially but I just want to thank you for treating my daughters as your own nieces. This year is memorable to everyone because baby Janine has come to our world. Plus, she’s really doing a good job! See you soon, baby Janine!
To an offline friend, thank you for the friendship and for showing your care even though we have come from different groups.
To my previous employers, thank you for trusting in my capabilities. You shared your blessings to a single mom like me.
TESOL July family, thank you for being part of my 2014. I miss our everyday lessons, food sessions, lesson-planning and chit-chats. I had the amazing July, for the record. When is our batch reunion?
To the companies and everyone in the PR world, thank you for the blessings that you have shared to me. More and more opportunities this 2015!
I hope I didn’t forget someone but if I did, it doesn’t mean that I’ve forgotten you and the good things that you’ve done to me. God bless you more and more for sharing your life and blessings with me!
